1 lb Self-raising pastry
1 lb Blueberries; (or other fresh
4 oz Sugar
1/2 lb Strawberries
Roll out the pastry to cover your baking dish and trim the extra from
the sides. Smother the base with blueberries, then put the
strawberries on top and sprinkle some sugar over the fruit.
Cut strips of pastry from the leftovers and fold them on top in the
shape of a heart. Bake the pie in a medium oven for half an hour.
